1.1 Nature of the Agreement

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or network, however taking bonus benefits through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ck356 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when deemed necessary. The following documents may be required for verification:

2.3 Account Security

New users on ck356 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are usable only on specified games or categories.
• More than one bonus offer cannot be active at the same time.
• There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement; if the time limit expires the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

ck356's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on their activity and regular play. ck356 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on ck356 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcomes of slot games, live casino, and other games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed during gameplay. ck356 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

ck356 reserves the right to cancel bets or void winnings in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If an attempt is made to take advantage of multiple accounts.

5.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

The relevant sports betting rules apply to betting on cricket and any other sport. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ck356's own policy.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fake information.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements through artificial betting patterns.
• Attempting to manipulate games using software or bots.

7.1 Closure by ck356

ck356 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• If documents required for verification are not provided.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If the user requests closure of their own account (self-exclusion).

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance, unless the balance has been voided due to prohibited activity.
